I got the shares issued from comsuck protrader see below;

Admitedly they have it wrong and you're right there are around 56million shares and 2.8 million unlisted options.

So 5% ish.

Have a look at the top 20. I can't see any reason RIO or OXIANA would sell and the directors shares are escrowed...good news imo.
