    RCO down to offer price and hardly a buyer in sight --
    Mid July up to 60/65 cents and buyers galore –
    Mid August, one bid for 40K @ 50c – and that’s about it.

    Any info or is it just the general market.
    I thought I was lucky to get in @ 52.5 early July
    Market is a strange beast.
