Dropping on volume that is so miniscule it is not worth pondering the reasons. Guess some just do not want to be in the market in uncertain times. EXR is a good medium term play. Get in early and benifit from the spec hype as we gat closer to North Sea Drilling. Patience is the key downside protected by High island production.
