Sally, you seem to ignore a little item called capital expenditure .MRE blew up their shareholders in the first round, as did Centaur and Preston, at Ravensthorpe the operator (BHP) has rather deep pockets-which of the funding mechanisms do you consider viable?
Debt-doubtful after the first three mentioned above.
Equity-ditto.
Big brother-appears to be the most viable solution. But who would be game and on what terms ?
