SultanVinegar/others: IMO: IF you were in their position and get paid regularly, why would you not like this to continue as long as possible?? After all the company is (or should be) primarily managed by the CEO. And that one seems to be quite OK with the current arrangements...
So who exactly can bring about change, I wonder?
