I will admit I have never understood this one either, overpaid a supplier? Wish I could have clawed back from under-performing suppliers over the years. Talk about a quirk of the past or maybe a nuance of a co-op where all profits are returned to co-op members but MGC is no longer a pure co-op so again, any that needs reviewing with the intent of changing. Does BGA or Saputo or any other non co-op processor use this approach or a similar one? Step-ups I understand.
