Why does the media blame the Council when a young kid drowns in a large pond near their house? Why not blame the parents for not looking after their own child in the first place as the swamp was there for a much longer time than the kid was. Is it a simple knee jerk reaction to blame someone else besides the obvious ? Not much difference in the result recently of the mum who left two kids in the car in the heat . A simple accident. Get outta here.Sad of course but you have to own up to your mistakes. The media of course like to dance around the story.
