I understand your perspective and my gut feeling agrees, but the DRP documentation contains some ambiguity and lacks wording to avoid any doubt. It clearly states that ComputerShare operate their DRP in at least the UK and South Africa, but does not mention who operates the DRP in Australia to at least provide some contrast.
A DRP statement should be able to dispel any misconceptions.
