Studied Law at uni, and so have a habit of reading the fine print. And so I noticed this little clause when I first received my TLS shares notification, and opted out by calling Telstra.
It was really quick and easy.
Sorry to hear that you didn't notice it, but I reckon you'll just have to wait until next time to get your Dividends.
