When you look at the price of the recent DRP and placement as per underwriting agreememt then it is highly likely that such underwriting and placements will be tipped out at above the issue price of $1.10. Watch for volume to exceed 3m post DRP announcement. A bounce to $1.30 should occur once the overhang is removed. Do discount the likelyhood of removing the overhang in one trade.
