I may be wrong but I have gone with the DRP as I have a loan account that I use for purchase of shares. The income received via the dividend is offset by the interest paid on the loan for taxation purposes. My concern with the BSP was that I may not be able to use the interest payments as a tax offset.
I am a share-holder rather than a share-trader.
As mentioned at the outset this is just my view of the world and I'd be happy to be corrected.
