    Livas, I expect his intention with the dividend I believe was to increase his proportional ownership through exactly the take-up discrepancy I mentioned in my last post.

    By the way, he must not have taken up the dividend on his 100 share holding, must have put that $1 straight in his pocket! Eternalgrowth.
