I'm not DrP, but if you want to know the answer to your "is this a long hold stock" then go look at other utility type plays and gas companies. They usually pay heaps of dividends once mature . . . . usually fully franked as well.
Solid cash flow businesses with minimal risk, especially when they have a raft of projects in a number of locations nationally OR internationally.
