Iron ore is trading 60 per cent above UBS' 2021 commodity price forecasts, which would see upside to 2020-21 earnings at Deterra Royalties of 40 per cent according to the broker's resources team.
I expect the IBs to start lifting iron ore forecasts (and target SPs), a 60% discount is ridiculous. China's stimulus wont be slowing and Brazil still having supply issues.
