    Should attempted suiciders be charged too?
    How about someone who broke speed limit and crashed?
    Can we remove the medical wards in our prisons?

    Slippery slope, suggest it's wise you spend some time introspecting this poor moral position you have.
    Better yet, speak to an ethics professor, read the hyprocratic oath, ponder over the foundation of modern medicine and what the consequences would be to charging people (in other words medical apartheid, treating some less than others) due to not respecting their right of informed consent.

    Truly people like yourself think you're on a moral high horse, but truth is actually the opposite and this thinking is a true danger to society.
