Great idea, let's tell them to go for it, hell for leather, knock back all the pills and whatever else and we can kick start the building industry whacking up new rehab centres.
There are plenty of very crook people around chuck with very serious illness which are absolutely no fault of their own.
Please don't associate druggies with these sick people.
