I don't know how stoned you would be at 4ng/ml but obviously the test only returns positive or negative and not in between. The gov't doesn't care how stoned you are, if it's detectable in your system you are deemed to be under the influence. (you can stop thinking in terms of alcohol, this is drug testing) This was a big issue when roadside testing came in, the gov't reply; don't use drugs. & yes be prepared to test positive if you eat a cookie the night before.
