No there is no reasonable (fair test for drug impairment) limit with saliva test, so in effect drug testing of drivers will be defacto drug enforcement. I am all in favour of making roads safer, but this is ridiculous. For example the wonderful new HGR saliva test (coming to a road side near you) will not test for heroin or morphine!!! Why? Because heaps of people take codeine in legal painkillers.
By the way the best way to make roads safer is to test for stupidity
