Druggies know what they're doing but they do it anyway and if family and friends can't help then it's a lost cause. I'd decriminalize it to get the crims somewhat out of the picture but I'd also chuck the druggies in the clink if they break the law. Selling the hard stuff, straight in the clink!
What we're currently doing isn't working.
Do people still get busted for smoking a few joints, does that still happen? If they're caught driving under the influence relieve them of their licence for a year or two.
