Actually doing a burn out to the best of my knowledge is not a Crime it’s an infringement of road regulation. However all these areas are becoming rather Grey now. You could in theory go to Jail for refusing to pay a fine relating to the new Smoke free zone laws in Queensland. Refusing to pay the fine maybe a Crime not breaching the smoking regulation … oh the dilemma!
