re: drug runners - firing squad vs donnyboy.. Doesnt matter what anyone says - after Joh goes there will some analysis, and they will find that his contributions to QLD were manifold, it was the last few years where he lost the plot.
He played the press for what they were, chooks, and did earned the respect of big business. He dragged the rest of his cabinet along with him.
Probably the greatest of all State premiers, I cant see anyone get all misty eyed over Wran or Carr.
