yes, scoto, no one is ever going to stop young people experimenting with party drugs, so to not have pill testing is tantamount to the government killing kids - and killing their parents with grief for the rest of their lives. I'm guessing some of the Right wing nutters here will say it's the kids faults for taking them in the first place, but death is a hell of a price to pay for a bit of risky behavour that most youngsters are guilty of - including the RW nutters if they care to think back on their past.
