Wonder what this means, other than MSC have no cash.. (which is no surprise!)

Minerals Corporation Limited's interest in Lost Sands Pty Ltd
Minerals Corporation Limited (MSC) currently hold 20% of DRX's subsidiary, Lost Sands Pty Ltd
(LSPL). By agreement, MSC can build its shareholding in LSPL to 40% over the next four years
by subscribing for capital in incremental annual amounts of 5% for $750,000.

The Company advises that the 30 June 2006 deadline for subscription of the first additional
tranche of shares in LSPL under the May 2006 Subscription Deed has passed and that no share
application has been received from MSC.
