DRX came up on my scans after the significant volume over the last 7-8 weeks. I have read into the FA and I like the story. Apologies if there was a previous chart thread but I couldnt see one.
I'm going to explain my thesis on three timeframes
1. Monthly.
Broke out of the downtrend in late 2018 and has been basing since, with clear resistance at 28 and support at 7. As you can see, the recent volume is enormous over the last few weeks, by far the most shares traded ever since the stock was listed in 2005.
2. Weekly
Zooming in, we can see the clear base, only here we can see we've just broken through the first resistance at 20 (see daily below) and that is now acting as our support with the next step 28. Again, just enormous volume over the last 7-8 weeks.
3. Daily.
Strong uptrend with the bounce commencing from 7. More recently, on 9 November 2020, there was a big push on the highest ever volume and the price failed to break through 20. 20, then formed the resistance, with multiple failed attempts, which formed an ascending triangle. Finally, on Monday this week we've had a breakout of the ascending triangle/20 resistance, which now gives a target of around 28, being the size of the triangle of 8 + 20 being the top of the triangle. Volume is now beginning to increase.
