very true...water will be a very significant factor in the near future on housing prices. there is precious little water in those dams and the state govt under mr teflon is doing nothing about it. he likes to talk and get his mug on the tv. the more people that come to brissy the less water. there needs to be some considerable effort on the behalf of all the councils and the govt to souce or manufacture a plentiful water supply. a couple of desalination plants would come in handy and pump water in from the artesian basin. drove over wivenhoe dam the other w/end and its looking very sick.
