Just looking at it, you can say it looks sick. The rowing course on Wivenhoe has been restricted for a long time.
Don't know where you get your figure of 72% capacity. The SEQwater website does not give current levels that I could see - they are blank, and the site was last updated on 26-10-04.
Furthermore, there are statements on the ABC is the last couple of days that the storages will be down to 40% in the next 2-3 weeks and then further restrictions will be imposed.
