    I agree Jos, Japan is the most likely export destination for Vic's high quality low ash lignite. India simply don't need a black coal equivalent for power generation purposes as they have billions of tonnes of very cheap to mine actual black coal for which they have introduced mandatory beneficiation (washing) to improve its quality.

    Hydrogen and other value added products look to be likely future for Vic's very cheap to mine lignite.
