AACo is not cheap - thats my point - and its a horrible business by almost any metric - leave aside synthetic meats (Tyson) and weather and eco concerns.
I can buy many other real estate assets at 50 cents on the dollar with healthy free cash flow and catalysts - and their cash flow doesnt depend on the weather.
I watched a wyoming cattle rancher beg people to buy beef last night- horrible business.
