The post by DS is correct. All the other conspiracy theories are wrong.
My recommendation to all PRR holders is:
The stock is at 5 cents and that is nothing to be happy about. They fell rapidly to 5 cents when the last share placement was made and, at the time, we all thought this was terrible, now you guys a saying its all great.
You need to put PRR's performance in perspective. By all measures the stock has not performed especially in a strong market.
What for the announcement soon. It will again send the stock to new lows.
