The Royalty % negotiated with DS on LANI sales in Japan was not disclosed.

When sales ultimately start happening, do you think we'll find out quantities and therefore will be able to work out the royalty % ?

My gut feel is that the royalty negotiated wass pretty low, but I'd like to be totally wrong here...

For those who may be confused by the above, this is unrelated to LANI licensing for rest of world which Biota are trying to negotiate at the moment and where there are expectations of a nice upfront payment, double digit royalty % (to be split with DS) and hopefully minimum milestones.
