Yes your information looks correct however DSB is purely coal focussed whereas MYE provides a wide range of above-ground contracting services to other industry sectors such as Ports, Industrial and Infrastructure (as well as resources-coal etc). Instead of paying dividends management has concentrated on reducing debt which to me makes a lot of sense but I must admit it has been a long road (and still is) to any sense of recovery. I'm staying in.
