Well the future of BNB is not solely in the hands of the company's bankers, the two groups of bond holders will be playing a part in it as well. In particular the vote on Friday potentially has implications for both BNB & the guarantor BBIPL that could possibly see one or both go into administration.
The BJT prospectus describes the Responsible Entity as being Babcock & Brown Japan Property Management, a subsidiary of Babcock & Brown (rather than say BBIPL). If you have any more details of the BJT management contract structure I would be interested in a link.
