I wouldnt compare IHR's valuation with anything. IHR is valued at a stupidly high multiple as a result of a strategic investment in the company by Bevan Slattery. His latest investment in Rent.com.au is up 6X in 2 weeks and it doesnt seem like such an amazing company if you actually do some research. Point being you can't say something is cheap because it's valued at less than a company like IHR, great company but they will take years to grow into that valuation before it is close to reasonable
