DSH potential class action

Hi,

My efforts are now focusing on a potential class action. I know it is unlikely, although what else can I do?

Anyone have experiences with these? I cannot find out the outcome of the Forge class action.

There is some good information here by the law firm Allens:

The first shareholder class action in Australia was commenced in 1999. Since
that time, more than 40 shareholder class actions have been commenced,
but only two have been the subject of a full trial and none have proceeded to
final judgment. Most claims have settled in the lead-up to trial as both parties
weigh up the uncertainties and risks associated with a judgment (and the
costs of trial).

Any thoughts on whether this would be successful in the DSH case and why/why not?
