Hoots, I don't disagree with anything you just stated. For me, it is a simple question for the company about the VAT statement. If it is wrong, then it should be clarified, if it is correct (or there is a plausible explanation) then state so - otherwise, it just confirms to me that either someone in CDU is extremely incompetent, or that the wool is being pulled over peoples eyes.
Historically, none of my calls to CDU have been returned nor have I had a response to any email.
It's kind of a turning point for me.
