The company announced that Oceanwide has agreed to take 60% of all product. Announcement of 27th April 2011. But that CDU can sell 100% of everything to OW of CDU wants to.
So, in the interests of early cash flow, why isn't CDU just telling OW to take the lot, now, pay according to the "timely funds transfer" part of the agreement and CDU doesn't have to worry about shipping to China, smelter approval or all that tosh - they can spend more effort trying to get the plant finished.
This isn't doing anything for early cash flow. IMO it's another smokescreen that something might happen, soon(ish).
