I think the argument over whether DSO can be exported in bulka bags and the dimensions and capacity of sea containers is missing the point.

The point is full disclosure of information. Take SFR as an example:

November 2011 - announce offtake agreement for DSO
December 2011 - announce offtake agreement for DSO
February 2012 - start mining and announce first shipment date
May 2012 - first DSO shipment

So SFR announce the offtake agreements before they commenced mining, and when they start mining, they announce when they will ship the DSO.

This is what most rationale investors expect to see
