    The way they are doing things is rather different:

    - Design a cashflow making project
    - Develop assets which sales will help finance said project

    The goal is to be fully self financed. You will notice that the company has no almost liabilities and they never have to do a CR for funding.

    It takes more time but is far less risky and over time will produce more value for shareholders
