If you know anything about the Patent system. You'll know, even if it works on the same principle/algor the "application" is on a different industry. Hence both patents will be awarded to each. You can't patent a scientific principle/algor. Its the method/application of using it in a specific way that patents are being awarded. I'm not worried about this application. If a prior art is given for construction then we should start worrying about DST. Pretty sure I've read enough about the DST 3 years ago that ensures that they are covered on this front. Lets hope my amateur work on this is also being covered by more experts at FBR.
