IMO the hold up with the U ann. was ASIC investigating GDN thinking the were puting out the U ann to prop up the SP. THey would have looked into it and have since found that the U ann, is not dodgey... that it's the real deal and GDN now look like having two massive $$$$ spinners under it's belt and the big boys will soon stand up and take note and the SP will be $10+
