DSV has announced this morning that it acquired Agility for USD4.2B.
This is big news for WiseTech, as it will certainly add another few thousand users minimum (after staff consolidation) to the CargoWise platform.
It's also another step towards securing the majority of the global players.
this is really positive for the company.
