I researched this one extensively months ago and what was always coming back to me was that the company would find it exceedingly difficult to get a foot hold into the financial planning sector - at least at the rates that they would have thought. The sector was filled with purpose build software that the financial planners had no desire to get rid of. Why? "We have spent a heap on it and its been a good part of our lives for 20 years" would be the response that i got.
