I concur with your comments and have the following to add;

The price is in US$ and it was stated to be between 120-140K per implant.

The randomisation ratio for BTT us 2:1

Only 75% of patients need to be implanted for BTT for the results to be evaluated. Meaning that the full 140 (which will include the results of the feasibility study = 30 included, leaving only 110)

“The target clinical performance of the VentrAssist in the BTT trial is for 75 percent of the patients to either have a heart transplant or still be listed for heart transplant at 180 days after implant of the VentrAssist.
