Not familiar with that case and no doubt there's plenty more the same to support that view. I just haven't personally haven't encountered them before but my point is more that if the ASX truly are aware and 'all over' ZYB surely this is an instance where they wouldn't have even allowed such an announcement? Don't get me wrong I have no expectations of today at all.
