They said at the AGM they had 3 conditional funding offers then for when the debt was gone and numerous bidders - it was all too lowball

I imagine they will announce the debt deal, then chase more attractive finance with a clean balance sheet

They have been a threat of VA for years, so this deal is the lifesaver for them
