Should be better next week if US straightens up, which looks like it may.
Very little conviction from buyers, so then people just sell.
Just have to wait things out and only hold (near term news) stocks or up trending from very low.

Good to learn patience in these markets
and helps you determine whether you bought the right stock in the first place.
