    How would you shareholders feel if
    today when the SP hit 10 Mr Kraemer had off-loaded 1.25m shares
    and then with the funds converted 1.25m of his 3m oppies @ 10c
    The company would get $125k into it's coffers and Mr Kraemer would still hold 1.25m shares

    purely a speculation
