The silence is deafening! You have the top 2 guys (CEO and Chairman) pocketing a mil each and a board who seems content watching the stock plummeting to 1/30th of its peak. Something definitely not right here.
The lack of communications to shareholders about what is happening with the business, including what seems to me like a clear breach of continuous disclosure on the Neumont loss has (I think) thwarted any upward share price movement from their recent wins which is very frustrating for existing and prospective investors.
Then there's this lawsuit they have with a client they inherited from the Vault acquisition (SurePlan) which screams "poor due diligence" by management.
It's like they are trying to become a case study in a Harvard Business school for how NOT to run a successful tech business.
"Inept performance of the CEO" sounds like a compliment at this point.
