    The bots are actually trading so doing nothing wrong per se

    ASIC are far too broke to do anything about this they are a government body

    They only go after directors and oppies there is no one to "sue" as such as nothing is illegal in the broader sense (my cousin used to work for them) they couldn't read a chart to save themselves or knowledge of trading it's just a bunch of lawyers really crossing I's and dotting t's they can't waste money on something that won't produce a win that's their "rule" of investigation and has to be a certain at that

    no one is going to invest here anyway with the dollar so strong outside of australia so really it's just a playground market bar banks bhp and rio etc ..there's no humans to trade at the top end so computer has to do it

    Either learn to or trade (more so the blue chips) or walk away best strategy at this point in the broader sense by looks of it as opposed to "investing"
