    might have more luck trying to go the offence route tof ASIC in some cases for failure for non compliance

    Paladin or Cobar is a good example recently not related to DTE

    but several people complained and they failed to do nothing ..seems more of a case

    look at Cobar shares were smashed no investigation and then a take over rumour starts if thats not dirty I dont know what is ?
